The regulation amended NAC 445B.319, 445B.327 and 445B.331 by increasing air quality operating permit fees for administrative amendments, Class I and II operating permits and change of location permits. The regulation added new fees for Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) permits and major revisions to PSD permits. The regulation increased the annual emission fees and annual maintenance fees for all stationary sources. Also amended was the addition of a fee category for "Periodic Monitoring Recommendations" and a inclusion of an annual maintenance fee for "surface disturbances".
