The amendment adds standards for small industrial/commercial/institutional steam generating units, municipal waste combustors, VOC emissions from polymer manufacturing, VOC emissions from synthetic organic chemical manufacturing, standards for calciners and dryers in the mineral industry, and benzene emissions from transfer and waste operations. The cost of related federal publications are made current by this amendment.
