Repealed citations include definitions, permitting requirements for construction of residences, commercial or public facilities. In addition, requirements for subdivisions, alterations of property, community water supply and sewage disposal, and marine toilets are repealed. The regulations repealed have been supplanted by those ordinances adopted by the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency.
