Basic records of the Environmental Commission regulatory hearings, appeal hearings, variance hearings and field trips are available on this webiste. These records include the public notice, meeting agenda, exhibits and adopted minutes of the hearing. For appeal hearings only the public notice and agenda are be available in adobe pdf file format.

Accessing Air Pollution Fine Settlements and Ratifications
Historical List of Fines & Settlements - 1991 to 2003 : Air Pollution Fines and Settlements are brought to the Environmental Commission for ratification. A summary list of settlements, by company showing the amount fined, date of hearing and school district that receives the proceeds, is posted here. Records available are from 1991 through 2003.

Accessing Commission Records at State Archives
Records prior to 1998 are stored at the Department of Cultural Affairs, the Division of Libraries and Archives. Commission records available at State Archives have been inventoried and can be researched, box by box. Records older than 5 years are sent annually to the State Archives. Records stored at State Archives begin in 1973, the year the Environmental Commission was created.
