The next regularly scheduled SEC regulatory hearing will be held on Tuesday June 12, 2012. The most recent SEC regulatory hearing was held on February 15, 2012.

SEC Appeals Hearing

Jungo Landfill Appeal — On March 6, 2012, the SEC received an appeal of the Jungo Landfill permit that was issued by the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) on February 29, 2012. This appeal will be conducted on May 21, and May 22, 2012. The appeal will be held in the Bryan Building in Carson City

Comstock Mining SAP Appeal — Withdrawn: On April 25, 2012 Appellant Comstock Residents Association (CRA) formally withdrew its appeal of Dayton Consolidated Exploration Project, Permit No. 0315 Sampling and Analysis.
